I have always had an interest in the art of various forms such as painting on canvas, wood and bodies, sculpture, printmaking and sacred geometry. I prefer using mixed media and experimenting with small objects which I can stick onto the canvas such as feathers, buttons, and sequins, and using textures such as sand, gravel and dirt. I have painted a lot of dogs and cats and enjoy capturing the essence of their character, often making the frames from skirting boards and reclaimed wood. Below are some pieces of art I created after a year in Australia where I lived with a family from Saibai in the Torre Strait Islands. I spent time listening to ancestral stories and watching them creating amazing headdresses and teaching the youngsters traditional dances. I was inspired by the amazing colours, sounds and stories I heard and saw.

I love interactive and installation art where these feelings can be experienced within audio, visuals and space. Such is my love of theatre and contemporary dance and go as often as I can. I have been taking classes at the sacred school of geometry at Emerson college for a few years, where I have learnt how to make natural paints and pigments and incorporate the patterns of nature, and structures that reside within living things such as plants and planets and are represented within ancient architecture, spacial placings of megalithic monuments and even music.
